I’ve searched all skies 

For a better path 

A better place 

For my heart to called it’s own 

Basically a better lover 

But In the end 

What I have discovered 

Everything seems to be temporary 

A doubtful world

A deceitful world 

A heartless world 

But I’m not surprised , 

Because even the sun 

Sometimes hold back love 

Holds back kindness 

The brightest of things 

Scurrying to bring shade 

To its own fucking light!
