  • DEBT FRENZY BEWARE

    The Holidays are steadily approaching

It’s all about Spent Spent and Spent

    Shopping with no end

Credit Card Charges to the max

    It’s a Financial Fact

    No direct cash flow

    Although

Credit Cards can fill in the gap

With credit cards, there is a cap

Santa would have to give me some cash

I could add my own stash

That would be a perfect gift from Santa, catch my drift

Buying this one and that a gift

But some people act like a sift

Now who I am buying a gift for I hope they appreciate

    Otherwise, I will depreciate

I am already picturing my statement in advance

It will be over spent at glance

After the Holidays come to a close

    I will be Broke

The Holidays are certainly no joke

I will be in Debt Detail

    No pass, but a Fail

This is my moment of truth
It has nothing to do with youth

    Budget that isn’t

    Money that went

There will be no question in what did buy

    I won’t even try

    Shop until you drop

    That message needs to stop

My credit card could kick me out of my own house

Thank you God I don’t have a spouse

My declaration from my credit card could say, “You have no room here”

    So much for preserver

This year, I will try to cut my finances down

Then again, maybe I won’t be found

    Spend only a certain amount

I want to see money in pocket where I have something to count

    Debt goes on

Let me organize my money in how to get along

    That where I truly belong

If you see me on the homeless street, credit card won and I am in defeat

    Just walk on

    So long
