  • OLD BONES

    It finally happened

    I am old

    My own behold

    Every step an effort

    Every movement determination

Pain I won’t let hold me back

    Years of living my track

    Honored to be old

    Wisdom gained

    Young bones become old bones

    Not ready for the grave

    Wonder behind every shave

    Getting some shade

    My hair might be white

Wisdom and don’t take it light

    Longevity

    The bones flexible

    Mobility

    Old bones

    Knowledge with a threshold

    Old bones
    Strength

    Movement every length

    Senior Citizen to the world

    Listen young bloods

    Getting old is an honor

Young bloods, you have yet to see what I have seen

You think you know, but don’t

    Keep living and you shall

The pudding is in the movement

    Old bones are golden treasure

Years of pleasure in good measure
