A wish to fly

Looking up to the sky,
I see a eagle soar.
Soaring over the land,
While giving a piercing cry.

Yet here I stand,
So far below.
While I get an idea
That is far from bland

Flying over the land,
Watching streams trickle,
Down into the valley
Surrounded by mountains, who boldly stand

Flying over the land, 
I see the trees dance with the wind
To the majestic music 
Of the bird band

Flying over the land,
Is quite impossible
But all in all
An idea still grand
