    SUPERMARKET WOES

    So would they panic buy

    again?

'Twas not a case of it but

    when

    It started early yesterday

    When toilet roll just rolled

    away.

    Then tinned tomatoes all

    ran low,

I drew a blank in Tesco,

    so

I turned to Waitrose in a

    huff

But they were low on other

    stuff.

For tins and bread I didn't

    look far

I did not need to go to the

    Spar.

    And women fought like

    seasoned mobsters

    Over two remaining lobsters.

They'd put a limit on quails'

    eggs,

    Leaving me with just the

    dregs.

    Aldi was a different story,

    Got some goodies, felt

    the glory,

But there I saw a pair of

    fools

    Stocking up on paddling

    pools.

    Fairy in a white apron

You used to be a fairy in a white apron: charming and strong - you extended your arms of hope over the sufferers and victims, and you flew barefoot even in cold crypt shops: on the cornerstones of patinated universities! Oh, my angel! You remember? Your tiny soul trembled like a lily petal swallowed by a thorn, and your ever-increasing and faster pace hammered your immortal heart pounding

a chirping, caressing word, “Honey! Honey!" "During the day, the consuming fire flared in your eyes, and when the dream drifted on your blessed head to promote your harmony," you stretched out your graceful, reed-slender limbs like a cat when it rubs and purrs to win your wish!

Your laughter was an ambrotic universe to me. You have faithfully and faithfully restrained your uncontrolled Pegasus, and you have sat on the bareback - the majestic Artemis body of Amazon. I listen...

    Sometimes

Sometimes our best will be the best,

All the love we give will be reciprocated.

Sometimes  our accomplishments will be acknowledged,

    Justice will be served.

    Sometimes butterflies will come back,

    Peace will reign our thoughts.

Sometimes friends will stay a while longer and become family,

    Our hearts will know joy.

Sometimes our efforts will bear fruit,

    Our hugs will be returned.

Sometimes we will love what we do

    And get paid for it.

    Sometimes healing will happen

    And closure will come.

    FEELINGS

    I don't know what am i feeling???
there is a tinge of smell of failure spiced up
with a touch of envy!! and mixed emotions of
sorrow and deep thought stirred inside me.
But down somewhere, there is also a beacon of hope
shining inside, which keeps me going at the steadiest speed,
and if the light of the fire outshines the other feelings, Maybe i can win too..

    Pain

    I lay in bed,

Wondering when was the last time I felt joy,

    Happiness I could remember,

    Happiness can be bought,

    Joy can't,

What happens when the pain is all you know,

What happens when you normalize it,

What happens when this is the new normal and joy is nothing but a mere memory?

It's a feeling I know all too well
